Emergency Response Policing Team (ERPT) visit

Today, I was delighted to welcome officers from the Emergency Response Policing Team (ERPT), based in Waltham Forest, to Westminster for a tour of Parliament as part of their training week.

The visit provided an opportunity for officers to gain a greater understanding of the work of Parliament, the role of Members of Parliament, and the history of the Palace of Westminster.

I was particularly pleased to meet the trainee officers during their visit, to wish them every success in their training, and to thank them for their hard work and dedication. I also extended my sincere appreciation to all serving members of the Emergency Response Policing Team, whose public service plays a vital role in keeping our communities safe.
