Today, I hosted another Older Persons’ Fair at St Mary’s Catholic Primary School on Station Road as part of my ongoing series of community outreach events across Chingford and Woodford Green. These events are all about connecting older residents with the vital support and services available to them locally.
It was fantastic to see so many people engaging directly with organisations such as Cash Access, the DWP Pensions Team, and Citizens Advice—helping them access important advice, services, and financial support.
A big thank you to everyone who attended, all the stall holders, and especially Kelly Summers for once again organising such a valuable and impactful community event.
