Congratulations to all Conservative candidates elected today in the London Borough of Redbridge and Waltham Forest.
Your Conservatives councillors have not only retained their seats but also taken seats from both Labour and Reform.
Today’s result is a clear sign that residents trust their Conservative councillors to fight for their priorities, whether it be: reopening Broadmead Road Bridge, bringing back free parking or tackling shoplifting and anti-social behaviour.
A particular congratulations to our newly elected Conservative councillors in Waltham Forest: Kelly Summers, Toby Garrett, Shenise Adam, Siobhan Wing and Umar Ali; and in Redbridge: Clark Vasey, Adam Joiner, Stephen Adams and Josiah Moseley.
Thank you to each candidate, volunteer, activist and resident who supported us throughout the campaign.
I look forward to working with our ever-growing team of local conservative councillors for the next four years to deliver on what matters most to you.
My thanks to those who voted for our candidates in Chingford and Woodford Green.
