I was delighted to join students and teachers at Highams Park School today as they celebrated an excellent set of A‑Level and BTEC results and thank you to headmaster, Nigel Armsby for welcoming me.
A massive congratulations to Year 13 on their outstanding achievements, with over half of all A‑Level grades at A*–B and brilliant BTEC outcomes, including the majority awarded a Distinction or Merit. These results truly reflect the hard work of students, the dedication of teachers.
It was a pleasure to speak with students about their next steps, including those heading to Russell Group universities and apprenticeship programmes.
