I have campaigned for greater regulation of bicycles, which have got away with killing individuals, not to mention e-bikes.

I just want to raise a small point.

Although I welcome the Government’s invoking and activation of the FIRS scheme, like a curate’s egg, it is good, but there are missing bits.

The hon. Member is talking about a critical area for us all.

My hon. Friend is making a very good speech, but this is not just about human rights abuses.

Will my hon. Friend give way?

I need to deal with this point through my hon. Friend.

Of course, that is a wish, not a reality.
